Puppy Price & Reservation

We dedicate countless hours to raising our puppies with exceptional care. Their spaces are cleaned three times a day, they receive daily enrichment activities, and we begin basic training early to help them grow into healthy, social, and well adjusted companions before they go to their new families.

The full price of our Golden Retriever puppies is between $3500 and $4000. Pricing is based on the parents selected for each litter, their health testing, and their temperaments.

Reservation Process:

  1. Apply First
Please start by completing our Puppy Application Form. We carefully review every submission to ensure our puppies are placed in responsible and loving homes. Answering all questions fully helps us get to know you and your lifestyle.
  2. Approval Notification
If your application is approved, you will receive a text message containing more detailed information about the litter and the parents, as well as clear instructions on the next steps.
  3. Reservation Fee
A non refundable reservation fee is required to secure your spot. This payment goes toward the final price of your puppy. The deposit may be transferred one time to a future litter if necessary.
  4. Final Payment
The remaining balance can be paid one day before puppy pickup or on the day of pickup during Gotcha Day.
  5. Additional Information
If your application is missing details or we need further clarification, we will contact you directly to gather more information.
  6. Denial Policy
If we feel that one of our puppies may not be the right match for your situation, you will receive an explanation of why. We reserve the right to decline any application if we believe it is in the best interest of our puppies.

When can I visit my puppy?

The health and well being of our puppies is always our top priority. For their safety, visits are not permitted until 48 hours after they have received their first set of vaccinations. Approved families may meet and select their puppy once they are about six and a half weeks old. Until that special day arrives, we will keep you updated with plenty of adorable photos and videos so you can enjoy watching your little one grow and develop.

When can I pick up my puppy?

Our puppies are ready to go to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age. We will coordinate with each family to schedule a convenient pick up day and time, and final arrangements will be made approximately 2 weeks before the puppies are ready to leave.

Where are the puppies raised ?

Our puppies are raised as part of our family, spending their days with their mom and with me, their breeder. I personally care for them every day to ensure they grow up happy, healthy, and well socialized. They live in a cozy Tiny Home created just for them, complete with air conditioning, fresh water, fun toys, and lots of love. Once they reach 5 weeks of age, they begin enjoying the outdoors where they can explore and play in a safe puppy play area designed especially for them.

What care does the puppy receive prior coming home?

From the moment our puppies are born, their health is our highest priority. During their first four weeks of life, we follow a detailed care schedule to ensure they are developing properly. Each puppy is weighed three times a day so we can closely monitor their growth and make sure they are nursing well and gaining healthy weight. At two weeks of age, they receive their first deworming treatment, which is then repeated at four, six, and eight weeks to help keep them free of parasites.

We also maintain a strict cleaning routine by sanitizing their living space two to three times a day. A clean and hygienic environment is essential to protect our little ones from any possible infections.

At six weeks old, the puppies visit our trusted veterinarian for a complete health check, their first set of vaccinations, and a fecal exam to confirm they are parasite free. A few days before going to their forever homes, they return to the vet for a final physical exam and fecal test to receive their official Health Certificate. This provides new families with peace of mind knowing their puppy is healthy and ready to begin a happy life in their new home.

Do I get any Guarantee after purchasing a puppy?

HEALTH GUARANTEE FOR CONDITIONS UNDER OUR CARE
After families take their puppy home, we require a visit to a licensed veterinarian within three days of the pick up date to confirm the puppy is healthy. If a veterinarian determines that the puppy has any health condition that originated while under our care, we will gladly accept the puppy back and offer several options. If we have another puppy available, we can offer an exchange. If no puppies are available at that time, we may take the puppy back or provide a partial refund depending on the veterinarian’s diagnosis and recommendations. A written report from an approved licensed veterinarian is required to verify the condition.

HEREDITARY HEALTH GUARANTEE
Golden Retrievers may be prone to certain hereditary conditions. Even after performing all required health testing and DNA screening, and carefully selecting the best breeding matches to avoid any potential health concerns, there is still a possibility that a puppy may develop a hereditary condition later in life. For this reason, Happy Goldens Farm provides a one year warranty for hereditary diseases related to hips, elbows, eyes, and heart. The puppy must remain covered by an active pet insurance policy, and we will cover the remaining balance after insurance reimbursement is applied. Congenital conditions unrelated to genetics are not included in this warranty. Any health conditions related to hips, elbows, eyes, or heart that occur due to environmental causes are not covered under this guarantee.

More complete details are provided in our official Sales Contract, which every family receives before taking their puppy home.

Lifelong member of Happy Goldens Farm

Once you adquiere a puppy from us you’re officially a Happy Goldens Farm member ! You can always reach out to us for any questions or advises in raising and taking care of your dog during his/her lifetime !

Return to breeder clause

We include a clause in our contract that requires families to return their dog to us if, at any point in the future, they can no longer provide proper care due to personal circumstances or unexpected situations. If a dog comes back to us, we will schedule a full veterinary check up to ensure they are healthy, and a professional trainer will evaluate them and help prepare them for a successful new placement. Once they are ready, we will carefully select a new family that is the right fit for their needs and personality.

This responsibility does not expire. We are committed to being a lifelong safety net for every puppy we bring into the world. Our goal is to prevent any of our dogs from ever entering a shelter, especially with so many already at capacity. As responsible breeders, we refuse to contribute to this issue, and it would truly break our hearts to know that one of our puppies ended up in a shelter when we could have stepped in to help.
